Internal platforms and client delivery for Banco CTT, NOS and MN8 Energy (US): shipped an AI-assisted ticketing platform on Azure, led a 4-engineer DevSecOps rollout across 300+ repos, and built an AI avatar assistant for a 500-person US client.
